Pub Saint Georges

The glorious patio at St-Goerges
It's a glorious 22 degrees Celsius, so uncommon for a mid-October afternoon.  Karen is out shopping along Rue St. Jovite and prefers to do so uninhibited by the gloom I usually bring to standing around in jewelry stores, so she's parked me at the pub, iPad in hand.  I'm at the Pub Saint Georges, which occupies the prime corner spot in St. Jovite at Rue Labelle.  We've been here a few times although it has taken me until now to write it up.

The Pub has a fantastic patio covered by gigantic umbrellas, perfect for people watching in the busy town. Their tap selections are a dozen or so "of the usual mass-produced offerings, but I managed to find a nice blanche by Kronenburg.  Nice as the patio is, the pub is equally charming inside with its traditional cosy pub atmosphere, which we've enjoyed a couple of times for apres ski.

The pub is also connected the to Saint Georges steakhouse, which is well recommended on Trip Advisor although we haven't eaten there yet.  Anyhow, this is a great pub option to be had in St. Jovite...enjoy!
