I'll leave this post up for a little while in case anyone wonders if Copain is still operating...it was a top restaurant in the area and is likely remembered by returning visitors to Tremblant. My favourite was looking at the reviews on Trip Advisor and seeing the owner argue with people who had provided negative feedback. Alas, no more.
